If you are a Blackstone owner or new to Blackstone there are several accessory options!! For making Pork Fried rice the bigger spatulas are very helpful and the scraper as well for this. I do recommend having a squeeze bottle with more oil handy when making this, a bit more oil down helps the eggs not to stick as much when you make that part.

Teriyaki Steak Fried Rice Ingredients:
- Egg
- Cooked White Rice
- Peas
- Carrots
- Salt
- Pepper
- Soy Sauce
- Minced Garlic
- 3 Lbs Trimmed Petite Sirloin

- Yoshida Teriyaki
- Teriyaki Marinade
How To Make Teriyaki Steak Fried Rice On The Blackstone Griddle:
In a container combine your Sesame Seeds, Yoshida Teriyaki, Teriyaki Marinade, and Worcestershire Sauce.
Dice your steak into small pieces, I did trim off some of the excess fat that was on mine.
Now a good knife is a must-have in any kitchen! I picked up this Aicok Knife (HERE)for under $10, but it’s keeps going out of stock often on Amazon due to how awesome it is. There are a lot of other top-rated knives on Amazon at a great price. I am not the best at picking out Knives so when I can read reviews to find a good quality knife it’s a win for me.

Add your steaks into your container of the marinade and store overnight if possible, if not at least a couple of hours.
A couple of hours before you are ready to make your fried rice cook your white rice. This can also be done the night before cook up your white rice. I make my white rice in a rice cooker, like these -> here on Amazon.
After your rice is cooked, spread the rice out on a cookie sheet to allow it to dry out some after it is done cooking. Allow to dry out for about an hour or two before making the fried rice.
Remove your steak from the fridge and allow it to set out at room temperature for a bit while you begin the rest of the prep.
Whisk your eggs in a bowl and add just a splash of water, the water helps them to be a bit fluffier. Add salt and pepper to the egg mixture.
Fire up your Blackstone griddle and re-oil it down if needed. I keep mine ready to go at all times so all I have to do is turn it on and re-oil it a little bit. (Check out my tips for Caring For Your Blackstone -> here)
Use a slotted spoon to remove the steak from your sauce mixture when the griddle is at cooking temperature

Once your steak is beginning to cook spread your rice out on the middle of the griddle and add in the frozen vegetables and minced garlic.
Use a spatula and allow both to cook on the griddle while stirring/moving around occasionally.
Pour your eggs onto the other side of the griddle to cook, if your griddle looks dry squirt on a bit more vegetable oil. The eggs will get chopped up kinda like scrambled eggs while cooking.
Drizzle the rice with some soy sauce and allow to cook while the eggs and chicken continue to cook.
When your eggs are partially cooked but still running combine the eggs with the rice and vegetables.
Combine the steak with the rice and allow to cook a little bit more.
Serve and enjoy!!
