Cheese Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms are a long-time favorite of mine to make up! While there are other ways to make them just the cheese in the mushroom makes for a tasty side dish to grill up for an easy dinner.

Now when I made these up I paired them up with a couple of my other favorite recipes too. I love to pick up fresh mozzarella cheese at the store to make both side dishes and to make appetizers. Plus let’s face it mozzarella cheese alone is amazing to snack on as well.
Cheese Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms Recipe Ingredients:
- Large Portabella Mushrooms
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Minced Garlic
- Pink Himalayan Salt
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- Feta Cheese
- Steak Seasoning
how to grill portabella mushrooms:
Cut the stem off of your large Portabella Mushrooms.
Stuff inside of the mushroom with feta cheese and minced garlic to taste.
Top with a slice of mozzarella, I also cut some smaller pieces to fill in the sides.
Drizzle with olive oil and then season to taste with salt, pepper, and steak seasoning.

Fire up your grill to medium heat and place the mushrooms on the upper rack.
Allow the Cheese Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms to cook until cheese is fully melted, I cooked mine for about 25 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
Now we made quite the feast that night!!
