Cheese Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms are a long time favorite of mine to make up! While there are other ways to make them just the cheese in the mushroom makes for a tasty side dish to grill up for an easy dinner. (I have included affiliate links to products I love. Now when I made these up I paired them up with a couple of my other favorite recipes too. I love to pick up fresh mozzarella cheese at the store to make both side dishes and to make appetizers with. Plus let’s face it mozzarella cheese alone is amazing to snack on as well.
