This Garlic Butter Grilled Shrimp Skewers Recipe is perfect for a quick dinner!! Shrimp is just one of those foods perfect for any time of the year. My favorite way to make shrimp is by grilling them up on skewers. Quite often, we do surf and turf night at the house, and shrimp skewers are a go too for us!

This is such an easy way to make shrimp it takes next to no time to prep or to cook. It pairs up perfectly with my Grilled Flank Steak Pinwheels that were a bit more complicated to make up for dinner. However, it was perfect for the meal or any steak dinner.

In a microwavable container, scoop about 4 Tablespoon of butter and 1 Tablespoon minced garlic, then salt and pepper to taste the butter to taste.
If you are using wooden skewers soak them in some water so they don’t catch fire on your grill.
Remove the skewers after a 5 minute soak.
Melt the butter combination in the microwave in 15-second intervals while stirring.
Turn a pan onto low heat and add in your shrimp and butter. (I reused a pan from making bacon and asparagus so I had a bit of bacon grease still hot in the pan for flavor)

You can watch the shrimp go from gray to orange to show that they are cooking

Next, put the shrimp onto your wooden skewers to throw on the grill!
Throw your skewers on the grill make sure to keep an eye and flip them too!!
Remove and serve when done.

HOW TO MAKE WHITE WINE ALFREDO SAUCE:
In a pan on the stovetop, over medium-low heat combine a jar of Alfredo sauce, 1/4 jar of white wine. (I poured my wine into the alfredo sauce jar and then closed it giving it a good shake to get all the Alfredo sauce out of the jar).
Season with the sauce with salt and pepper.

Allow simmering while your steak is on the grill, stir occasionally with a rubber whisk!
