How To Make Grilled Cheese on Blackstone! Grilled cheese is one of those classic easy dinners or lunches the family can agree upon. These are also perfect tailgating and party food as well. Plus, with the Blackstone, you can make a lot of them at once.

Now I know what you think: it’s a grilled cheese sandwich! However, one thing about the Blackstone is that it makes mass production fast and easy, perfect for families! So much easier to make a basic grilled cheese sandwich into a manly masterpiece, and still make basic ones for the kids at the same time!
What is a Blackstone Griddle
If you are new to the Blackstone Griddle family, welcome. This flattop griddle will improve your life; you can whip up large amounts of food with little prep work and easy clean-up. Leftover smoked meats or grilled meats can easily be made into other mouthwatering recipes for lunches or dinners! You can easily make this in a large skillet on the stovetop.
I personally have a 17-inch Blackstone for camping and on the job site, and then at home have a 36-inch one for cooking for the family! If you are new to Blackstone or outdoor griddles, check out my post -> here for my Guide to Griddles!

What Accessories For Blackstone To Help Make Grilled Cheese:
- Oil Bottles– Use these to reoil the Blackstone griddle while cooking. The oil will naturally burn off the griddle and be absorbed into the griddle cheese. Check them out -> here.
- Long Spatula– These will help to flip your sandwiches, some times the slices of bread are large, so the long spatula is perfect for getting up underneath for a smooth flip. Check them out -> here.
- Melting Dome– This melting dome works to help the heat from the griddle to melt the cheese. The dome isn’t needed, but it is nice to help ensure the cheese melts fully. Check them out -> here.
