This Grilled Cod In Foil Recipe is a longtime favorite of mine! While I am an avid fish lover most of my family is not a huge fan of fish, however, Grilled Cod Fillet is something they will all eat! Now I paired this up with my White Wine Steamed clam for the ultimate weekend dinner!  (I have included affiliate links to products I love. Now my favorite way to eat Grilled Cod is in Grilled Cod Tacos, they are so good with cabbage. However, this time I had just gotten some clams from the Hood Canal so I went with just a Grilled Cod Fillet. Now there are so many ways to make Cod but in foil is my go-to for quick and easy dinners.

What a great way to cook your fish, especially on the grill! It must keep it incredibly moist (and of course easy!) Thanks for sharing at Fiesta Friday this week.
