Recipes using Leftover Prime Rib?? I know what you are thinking, there is no such thing as leftover Prime Rib! Now when I host a dinner or holiday dinner there is always an abundance of meat. Creating leftover meals has become a favorite of mine!

Personally, I can’t order Prime Rib in a restaurant anymore. I love how it turns out at home, and even some of our family guests have said it’s just not the same from a restaurant as it is here. Now you can use Prime Rib from a smoker, a grill, a roaster, the regular oven, or any other way to cook and have great success.
What Is Prime Rib?
Now, most people tend to assume that all Prime Ribs are made equal, but they aren’t. Almost everyone I know confuses a Prime Rib and Rib-eye. Personally, I can’t pick a favorite; they are both amazing.
Now, most Prime Ribs are made out of a Rib Roast. You can buy these boneless or as a bone-in. Personally, I love the bone-in for more flavor and the bones to make broth out of. Christmas is a good time that many stores will have their roasts on sale to stock up and freeze a couple. The Rib Roasts are marbled with fat as well, making them juicy and tender as well.

What To Do With Leftover Prime Rib:
I love to make simple dishes out of my leftovers. For years my go-to was always just French Dips; they make the perfect next-day food! However, the old lady has expanded my horizons, we have done Prime Rib Chili in the crockpot, and we have added it to Breakfast Hash as well. There is no wrong way to use up leftover Prime Rib. No matter what, it will be a tasty meal!

I have well done prime rib, would I be able to make bbq’s out of it?
You could make several different things out of it. A soup would be good with it being well done would tenderize it
