Personally, I can’t order Prime Rib in a restaurant anymore. I love how it turns out at home, and even some of our family guests have said it’s just not the same from a restaurant as it is here. Now you can use Prime Rib from a smoker, a grill, a roaster, the regular oven, or any other way to cook and have great success.

What Is Prime Rib?
Now, most people tend to assume that all Prime Ribs are made equal, but they aren’t. Almost everyone I know confuses a Prime Rib and Rib-eye. Personally, I can’t pick a favorite; they are both amazing.
Now, most Prime Ribs are made out of a Rib Roast. You can buy these boneless or as a bone-in. Personally, I love the bone-in for more flavor and the bones to make broth out of. Christmas is a good time that many stores will have their roasts on sale to stock up and freeze a couple. The Rib Roasts are marbled with fat as well, making them juicy and tender as well.

Now if you have a problem finding a good Rib Roast Snake River Farms has amazing Rib Roasts you can order -> here to be shipped to your house! Cooking the rib roast low and slow allows for the meat to be tender and flavorful with the right seasonings.
