How To Make Smoked Deviled Egg Macaroni Salad:
Boil your eggs until they are hard and allow them to chill before peeling. I boiled my dozen of eggs for 27 minutes and put then put the eggs in an ice bath to let them to be easy to peel.
Chop your celery and onions and spread them out on a pan or in a tin pan.
Fire up your smoker to a smoke setting, I used mesquite pellets on this but you could use any flavor.
Money and time-saving tips from the old lady. If you order pellets online from Walmart and spend $35, they will drop them off at your door for free!! Their everyday price on pit boss pellets is amazing, plus the expert grill brand has a great price. (see them ->here)

I made this on my Pit Boss Pro 1100, now I picked mine up Lowes, but Walmart and Amazon carry other Pit Boss options or Pit Boss website themselves. I went for the biggest one given the size of the groups I cook for but the small ones do just as good of a job cooking.

I used a P Setting of 7 and once you have a good smoke rolling set your eggs on the top rack and the pan of vegetables in the smoke.
Allow your smoker to roll smoke on the eggs and vegetables for about 30 minutes.
Flip your eggs and stir your vegetables halfway through to make sure that both sides of the food get a solid smoke evenly.
Boil water and cook the pasta per the box directions and strain.
You can run cold water over the noodles to help the noodles to chill faster.
Cut the eggs in half and place the yolks in a separate bowl.
Chop up your veggies and olives if needed, I am not ashamed to say I cheated a bit and used pre-chopped black olives in mine.

In a bowl mix the egg yolks with salt, pepper, mustard, and mayo, and mix until the mayonnaise mixture is smooth.
In a large bowl dump in the veggies, chopped ingredients, and pasta, and mix it all together.
Next, mix in the mayo mixture. If the pasta seems dry, you can add in more mayo or mustard.

Serve and enjoy!

How to Store Macaroni salad
Store in an air tight container for up to three days. You may need to add more mayo when you serve it up to keep the pasta moist.
