Smoked Sweet Potato Casserole is a smokey twist on a classic Thanksgiving Side dish. Now that I have made this traditional sweet potato casserole on the smoker, I am not sure I will make it another way. Even though it is only thought of during the holidays, it is the perfect side dish for any dinner!

Sweet Potatoes are a family favorite, so even though this is usually a favorite holiday side dish we also make it year-round. Plus the old lady picks up extra hams and turkeys during the holidays for later in the year! I made this casserole on my Pitboss Pro 1100. This will be how we make this for Thanksgiving dinner this year, alongside our green bean casserole.
