Now one of my favorite perks of my Pit Boss Pellet Grill is that it can be used as a convection oven to make dishes as well as smoking meat. Let’s not forget that leftover smoked meat can also make the best leftover dishes! Now I used a Pit Boss Pro but any Pellet Girll or even Traegar grill can also be used, or any other smoker as well.
