Smoked Hard Boiled Eggs On Pitboss is one of those foods that, once you make them, you will make it over and over! I love to use smoked food in other side dishes and meals. Leftovers are some of the best parts of having a smoker!!

The last time I made smoked eggs was on my electric smoker (see that post -> here), but back in May, I upgraded to the Pit Boss Pro 1100 Series from Lowes. Not much has changed about the eggs, but I have to say the flavor is just as good! I had to try this out before the holidays to know for sure. A shorter smoke time still had plenty of flavor to the eggs, but the egg skin was a lot smoother.

How To Make Smoked Eggs On Pit Boss:
Decide how many eggs you are making.
Start a large pot of water boiling.
Once your water is at a rolling boil carefully place in your eggs. I boil my eggs for 2 minutes per egg in the water.
Remove and put in an ice water bath for ten minutes.
Start your smoker up to get a good smoke rolling.

I smoked these on my Pit Boss Pro 1100 Series from Lowes, if you don’t have Lowes Walmart and Amazon carry other Pit Boss options or the Pit Boss website themselves.
Before you start it up on your pellet grill, open the lid.
Then hold the prime button to get things rolling.
I set my dial on smoke since the eggs were already cooked, I didn’t need to cook them further.
Money and time-saving tips from the old lady. If you order pellets online from Walmart and spend $35, they will drop them off at your door for free!! Their everyday price on pit boss pellets is amazing, plus the expert grill brand has a great price. (see them ->here)
Next, I set my P Setting to 7 to allow maximum smoke.

Spread your eggs out on the top rack of the Pellet Grill.
Allow to smoke for about 7-10 minutes.
Remove and serve!!
