Chicken Breast-You could use chicken thighs if you wanted to on this instead.
Alfredo Sauce– If you don’t want jarred Alfredo sauce, use Homemade Alfredo Sauce.
How To Make Chicken Alfredo Recipe:
Start to prep your food for the recipe. Begin by slicing your bacon and chopping your green onion and your mushrooms.
In a pot, boil your water and put in about a 3-second pour of olive oil to stop noodles from sticking and about 2 Tablespoons of freshly ground pink Himalayan salt.
In a large skillet, fry up your bacon to the doneness you like; we like chewy.
Once your bacon is done, mix in your green onion, mushrooms, cream cheese, Gouda cheese, feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, shrimp, and sour cream.
Allow sauce to simmer to melt all ingredients together on medium-high heat, and add your three chicken breasts. The chicken breasts will cook in the sauce for a rich flavor.
Stir in your cooked shrimp to allow the flavors to cook in.
Strain your fettuccine noodles in the pan, place your butter at the bottom, and then mix them. **The butter will help the noodles not stick and adds flavor.**
Once your chicken is cooked (be sure to double-check it is at 165 degrees, so it is safe to eat. I love to use this → food thermometer to check mine), remove it from the pan.
Remove the chicken and cube up the chicken. Once the chicken is cubed, mix the sauce, the chicken, and the noodles.

How to Store Leftover Chicken Alfredo
Store in the fridge for up to two days after making if you include shrimp, if not shrimp you can store up to five days. To reheat you can use a microwave or small pot on the stovetop.
