This Smoked Salmon Salad Recipe makes for the perfect work lunch and full of all the flavors from the smoker. I love to find ways to use up leftover smoked meat, and sandwiches are a plus because I can take them to work.  While I didn’t have a lot left it was enough for lunch.

How To Make Smoked Salmon Salad

I shared how I love to smoke my Smoked Salmon (see it -> here). This Salmon was smoked on my Pit Boss Pro 1100 from Lowes, if you don’t have Lowes Walmart and Amazon carry other Pit Boss options or Pit Boss website themselves.  I love that I can set it at 225 with smoke and run inside and take a shower or prep sides and it just cooks my meat with an amazing smoke flavor!

Scrape off any excess seasoning off of your Smoked Salmon and shred up your leftover salmon into small pieces.
