Smoked Deviled Eggs Ingredients:

How To Make Smoked Deviled Eggs:

Smoke your eggs, you can follow my directions -> here on how to do this.

The cliff notes on How to Make Smoke Eggs are to take peeled hard-boiled eggs and smoke them for about 20 to 30 minutes till you have the smoked color you want. The eggs will turn yellow as they absorb the smoke and the flavoring.

Allow the eggs to cool off.

Next, slice your eggs lengthwise and scoop out the yolk into a bowl.

Mix in your filling ingredients.  I personally do mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.

Use a fork to cream all the ingredients together.
