Leftover Smoked Pork Shoulder Recipes is one of my favorite parts about smoking pork shoulder roast! Over the years I have loved smoking pork, personally, I love that we can get the roasts for such great prices. (I have included affiliate links to products I love. These Leftover Smoked Pork Shoulder Recipes are the perfect way to use up leftover smoked pork! Make soup, chilis, rice, sandwiches and more with the meat. You can even smoke chili in the dutch oven on the smoker. Boil down the pork shoulder bone into broth or into a stove top soup.

Pork Shoulder Roast and Pork Butt Roasts are my favorites! I normally pick them up on sale or markdown for under $2 a pound! I pick up extras and freeze them when they can’t be smoked right away with no issues. If you have been smoking meat for any length of time you realize how expensive the meat can get.

What To Do With Leftover Pork Shoulder:

Now you can eat Pork Shoulder as any other roast and serve with vegetables.   One of my favorite ways to use up the pork shoulder is to shred it and put the pork shoulder into shreds with BBQ sauce on a bun.  Shred up into chili, soup, and even fried rice.

What To Do With Leftover Pork Shoulder Bone:

Like any other meat bone, you can boil down the bone to make broth! The smoke flavor will be added to the broth and can be used to make other soups! You can also throw the Pork Shoulder Bone into the pan to make soup and chili.,  I did this on the stove top with 15 Bean Soup-> here.

Leftover Pork Shoulder Chili:

Chili is always one of my favorite ways to use up leftover smoked meats.  I love that I can freeze the smoked meat to cook later on or make the chili and freeze it for lunches down the road.   Stove top, crock pot, or dutch oven on smoker there is no wrong way to make chili.
