What To Do With Leftover Pork Shoulder:
Now you can eat Pork Shoulder as any other roast and serve with vegetables. One of my favorite ways to use up the pork shoulder is to shred it and put the pork shoulder into shreds with BBQ sauce on a bun. Shred up into chili, soup, and even fried rice.
What To Do With Leftover Pork Shoulder Bone:
Like any other meat bone, you can boil down the bone to make broth! The smoke flavor will be added to the broth and can be used to make other soups! You can also throw the Pork Shoulder Bone into the pan to make soup and chili., I did this on the stovetop with 15 Bean Soup-> here.
Leftover Pork Shoulder Chili:
Chili is always one of my favorite ways to use up leftover smoked meats. I love that I can freeze the smoked meat to cook later on or make the chili and freeze it for lunches down the road. Stovetop, crockpot, or dutch oven on smoker there is no wrong way to make chili.
