Grilled Cod In Foil
These easy Grilled Cod In Foil Recipe is perfect for a quick easy dinner! The foil keeps the fish moist and the flavor sealed into the meat as well.
- Cod Fillet
- Sliced Lemons
- Minced Garlic
- Tin Foil
Spray your foil with some nonstick spray to make sure your Cod fillet won’t stick while grilling.
Layout your fillet and top with some minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste, and then lay sliced lemons on top.
Wrap up your foil around the cod fillet to make a foil packet for it.
Fire up your grill and then once its warmed up turn down to low heat.
Place your foil on your grill and allow it to cook for about 30 minutes and until it reaches an internal temp of 145 degrees.
Remove and serve up!!
