These easy Grilled Cod In Foil Recipe is perfect for a quick easy dinner! The foil keeps the fish moist and the flavor sealed into the meat as well.

Ingredients

  • Cod Fillet
  • Sliced Lemons
  • Minced Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Tin Foil

Instructions

  • Spray your foil with some nonstick spray to make sure your Cod fillet won’t stick while grilling.
  • Layout your fillet and top with some minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste, and then lay sliced lemons on top.
  • Wrap up your foil around the cod fillet to make a foil packet for it.
  • Fire up your grill and then once its warmed up turn down to low heat.
  • Place your foil on your grill and allow it to cook for about 30 minutes and until it reaches an internal temp of 145 degrees.
  • Remove and serve up!!
