Now it is a question almost as old as time, what to do with leftover turkey?? Well, thankfully almost everything you can do with regular turkey you can do with smoked turkey. The only difference is that smoked turkey tastes better, in my opinion. But honestly, I would say smoking makes most foods taste better! This year I plan to do a smoked turkey and a Smoked Ham.
