If your shrimp came from frozen start to run them under cold water to help to thaw them out. (I will typically buy frozen shrimp to have on hand)
-
In a microwavable container scoop about 4 tbsp of butter, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
-
Melt the butter combination in the microwave, be sure to pass and stir often to avoid a splatter blow up.
-
Turn a pan onto low heat and add in your shrimp and butter. (I reused my pan from making bacon and asparagus so I had a bit of bacon grease still hot in the pan for flavor)
-
You can watch the shrimp go from gray to orange to show that they are cooking
-
Put them on your wooden skewers to throw on the grill! I keep these on hand at all times for grilling and for making drinks! They are perfect for last minute BBQs to for making kabobs.
-
Throw your skewers on the grill make sure to keep an eye and flip them too!!

While I am prepping these I made up a white wine sauce to pair up with the whole meal! In a pan on the stove top in a pan combine a jar of 4 cheese Alfredo sauce, 1/4 jar of white wine (I put my wine in the jar and then closed it gave it a good shake to get all the Alfredo sauce our of the jar). Season with salt and pepper and allow to simmer while your steak is on the grill!
