Easy Grilled Teriyaki Pork Kabobs is a family favorite! Hasn’t this summer just been amazing for grilling weather this year? One of my favorite go-to grilling dishes is kabobs.  Some may even call these teriyaki pork shish kabob, but either way, pork and veggies make an easy dinner.

I mean look at that who wouldn’t want that for dinner? Don’t worry this is a really easy dish to assemble and also it’s a great one to have the kids in the kitchen helping you to make.  The worst part of making these Grilled Teriyaki Pork Kabobs is the cutting of the vegetables and meat, after that it’s a piece of cake!

How To Grill Teriyaki Pork Kabobs:

Using a knife, cut up your Pork Tenderloin to fit on your skewer, little  1 inch cubes work best. Trim off excess fat.

If you are using wooden kabob sticks be sure to soak them in water. Soaking them in water makes it to where they won’t burn when they are on the grill.  If you are soaking them allow them to soak for about 30 minutes.  I use a combination of both metal and wood kabob when we cook.  I seem always to forget to order more metal ones.

Skewer the Pork Tenderloins and veggies onto the skewer in an alternating pattern.

Place into a large casserole dish and cover with Teriyaki Marinade. (The old lady has a 4.8 Quart Casserole pan that works great for stacking kabobs in)

Allow the kabobs to set for 30 minutes at least; you can use a basting brush to keep brushing more marinades onto the kabobs.

Rub or spray your grill with a non-stick spray.

Turn the grill on a low-medium heat and prepare it for grilling.

Once your grill is ready turn the grill to the lowest setting to start to grill your kabobs.

Be sure to turn your kabobs evenly until your meat is cooked to a proper temperature as they cook.

Also, feel free to apply using a basting brush to add more marinade for flavor as it grills!

How To Reheat Kabobs

The best practice is to reheat in the oven; I have reheated the kabobs off the skewer in my microwave with no problems.
