Course Grilling
Author David Brooks

  • Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 Small white onion
  • 1 Orange pepper
  • 1 Yellow pepper
  • 1 Yellow squash
  • 1 Fresh cut pineapple

  1. Using a knife cut up your Pork Tenderloin to fit on your skewer
  2. Cut up your onion, orange pepper, yellow squash, if needed pineapple, and yellow pepperIf
  3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water.  I personally prefer metal skewers as they hold up to the weight better but I also do keep wooden skewers on hand for when I make a large batch of kabobs.
  4. Skewer the Pork Tenderloins and veggies onto the skewer in an alternating pattern.
  5. Place into a large casserole dish and cover with Teriyaki Marinade
  6. Allow it to set for 30 minutes at least
  7. Turn grill on and prepare to it for grilling
  8. Once your grill is ready on the lowest setting to start to grill your kabobs
  9. Be sure to turn your kabobs evenly until your meat is cooked to a proper temperature.  Also feel free to apply more marinade for flavor as it grills!
