  • Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 Orange pepper
  • 1 Yellow pepper
  • 1 Yellow squash
  • 1 Fresh cut pineapple

  • Using a knife cut up your Pork Tenderloin to fit on your skewer
  • Cut up your onion, orange pepper, yellow squash, if needed pineapple, and yellow pepper.
  • If using wooden skewers, soak them in water.  I personally prefer metal skewers as they hold up to the weight better but I also do keep wooden skewers on hand for when I make a large batch of kabobs.
  • Skewer the Pork Tenderloins and veggies onto the skewer in an alternating pattern.
  • Place into a large casserole dish and cover with Teriyaki Marinade
  • Allow it to set for 30 minutes at least
  • Turn grill on and prepare to it for grilling
  • Once your grill is ready on the lowest setting to start to grill your kabobs
  • Be sure to turn your kabobs evenly until your meat is cooked to a proper temperature.  Also feel free to apply more marinade for flavor as it grills!
