Smoked Turkey Salad Recipe

This Smoked Turkey Salad Recipe is one that I am shocked that I hadn’t tried making sooner! Holiday dinner leftovers are a favorite of mine, but turkey salad was not a creation I had made before.  Plus its an easy lunch the day after smoking a turkey!

Smoked Turkey Salad Ingredients:

How To Make Smoked Turkey Salad:

I made this using leftover smoked turkey breast, but any smoked turkey will work. (Check out my Smoked Turkey Recipes -> here). I picked up my Pit Boss Grill at Lowes, but Walmart and Amazon carry other Pit Boss options or the Pitboss website. I love the cost of them vs. other pellet smokers, plus it hasn’t disappointed me yet.

A dry rub works amazingly well on turkey, but doing a brine with the dry rub adds more flavor.  There is no wrong way to smoke a turkey.  Now, I buy extras during the holidays, so I have extra turkeys to smoke later in the year!
