The Best Chicken Seasoning For Grilling is that there are so many different combinations! Personally, I love there is no one right or wrong way to season chicken. Seasoning can always be changed up from meal to meal!

Oils are the other secret ingredient to amazing grilled chicken! There are three oils I rotate between depending on the seasoning blend that I am using. Rub your meat with some oil Olive Oil, Sesame Oil, or Avocado Oil Now when picking out your oil you need to make sure that it has a high cooking temperature point. The oil also works as a nonstick to help prevent your chicken from sticking to the grill or smoker.

Steps To Make The Best Grilled Chicken:
Rub the chicken down with your oil of choice.
Sprinkle both sides of the meat with the seasoning you are going to use.
Allow the seasoned chicken to chill overnight in a bag or container in the fridge to help flavor the meat.
Remove the chicken from the fridge and allow it to accumulate to room temperature before throwing the chicken on the grill.
Grill until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, be sure to use a meat thermometer to verify the temperature of at least 165 degrees is reached.
