Rub your meat with some oil Olive Oil, Sesame Oil, or Avocado Oil Now when picking out your oil you need to make sure that it has a high cooking temperature point. Steps To Make The Best Grilled Chicken:

Rub the chicken down with your oil of choice.

Sprinkle both sides of the meat with the seasoning you are going to use.

Allow the seasoned chicken to chill overnight in a bag or container in the fridge to help flavor the meat.

Remove the chicken from the fridge and allow it to accumulate to room temperature before throwing the chicken on the grill.

Grill until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, be sure to use a meat thermometer to verify the temperature of at least 165 degrees is reached.
