Melt butter in a saucepan, then whisk in flour.

- Whisk in the milk & thicken.  - Drop in the cubed cream cheese & stir in the salt and black pepper.  - Add in the cheeses, then the cooked pasta.

Brown the diced smoked sausage in another pan, before adding to the mac & cheese.

Spread the cheesy pasta into a sprayed aluminum pan.
