These Easy Smoked Deviled Eggs are the perfect way to change up a holiday dinner classic! Just an extra step makes these taste amazing and perfect!

Ingredients

  • Smoked Eggs
  • Mayo
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Smoke your eggs
  • The cliff notes on How to Make Smoked Eggs is to take peeled hard boiled eggs and smoke them for about 20 to 30 minutes till you have the smoked color you want. The eggs will turn yellow as they absorb the smoke and the flavoring.
  • Allow the eggs to cool off.
  • Next, slice your eggs lengthwise and scoop out the yolk into a bowl.
  • Mix in your filling ingredients.  I personally do mayonnaise and dijon mustard.
  • Use a fork to cream all the ingredients together.
  • Fill your eggs with the filling
  • After your eggs are filled sprinkle with Smoked Paprika or regular Paprika.
  • Cover and keep in the fridge or serve and enjoy!
