  • Shredded Smoked Turkey See my smoked turkeys->here
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 1 Can Diced Green Chili Peppers
  • Taco Seasoning
  • Cumin
  • 1 Can Can Tomato Sauce
  • Trader Joes Chile Lime Seasoning
  • 1 Can Pinto Beans
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
  • Chicken Broth
  • 1 Can Black Beans
  • 1 Can Red Beans

  • Take your leftover turkey and shred it, you can use white or dark meat.  You can make this with a not smoked turkey as well.
  • Now I used an 8-quart crockpot, which means the batch is big enough to have leftovers!! Plus you can order one on Amazon so you don't even have to leave the house, order, and bam UPS man is saving dinner time for you when you use Amazon Prime 2 day delivery!  (Don't have Prime?? You NEED easy online shopping!!)
  • Spray the crockpot with a nonstick spray and start to open up all your cans, or use a crockpot liner.
  • In a strainer strain your canned corn and your beans and then drop them into the crockpot. You can also rinse them off as well, if you want to.
  • Next add in the rest of the ingredients and seasonings except for the broth I do that last.
  • Slowly add in chicken broth to the crockpot until the contents are covered and stir the crockpot.
  • Cook on low for at least four hours.
  • Serve and enjoy!
