This Crockpot Smoked Turkey Taco Soup Recipe is perfect for leftover holiday turkey! Change the ingredients to the soup how you want and spice it up too! The smoked turkey adds amazing flavor to soup as well!

Instructions

  • Take your leftover turkey and shred it, you can use white or dark meat.  You can make this with a not smoked turkey as well.
  • Now I used an 8-quart crockpot, which means the batch is big enough to have leftovers!!
  • Spray the crockpot with a nonstick spray and start to open up all your cans, or use a crockpot liner.
  • In a strainer strain your canned corn and your beans and then drop them into the crockpot. You can also rinse them off as well, if you want to.
  • Next add in the rest of the ingredients and seasonings except for the broth I do that last.
  • Slowly add in chicken broth to the crockpot until the contents are covered and stir the crockpot.
  • Cook on low for at least four hours.
  • Serve and enjoy!
