How To Grill Zucchini

Slice your zucchini into halves and trim off any of the stems.
Drizzle some olive and use brush the oil over the zucchini halves.
Season to taste with your seasonings.
Fire up your grill to medium-high heat.
Place the zucchini peel side down on the upper rack of your grill.
Allow to cook for about ten minutes and flip, to get grill lines you can move them to the bottom.
Serve and enjoy!
