How To Grill Zucchini

Not sure how to grill zucchini? Use a bit of oil, seasoning, and throw on the grill! Any easy grilled side dish to serve with any grilled main dish!

Instructions

  • Slice your zucchini into halves and trim off any of the stems.
  • Drizzle some olive and use brush the oil over the zucchini halves.
  • Season to taste with your seasonings.
  • Fire up your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place the zucchini peel side down on the upper rack of your grill.
  • Allow to cook for about ten minutes and flip, to get grill lines you can move them to the bottom.
  • Serve and enjoy!
