Eggroll In A Bowl On The Blackstone Griddle

Instructions

  • Pre-prep your Blackstone griddle, make sure its clean, the propane tank is full, cooking utensils, and oiled so that it's ready to be fired up
  • Gather up all your ingredients. 
  • Once you are ready warm up your Blackstone Griddle.
  • Start to cook your ground pork and salt and pepper your pork to taste.
  • You can use the spatial and scraper that come in the Blackstone Accessory kit, or a meat chopper.
  • Once your pork is partially cooked set it off to one side and reoil the other side of the griddle.
  • One the empty side open your bags of coleslaw and spread out on that side of the griddle.
  • Add your onion and your minced garlic to the cabbage side.
  • Use one of the long (or two) to mix the cabbage up and keep chopping'/cooking the pork on the other side of the grill.
  • Once your cabbage starts to wilt and soften add to the top of it the Seasame Oil, Rice Vinegar, and a splash of Soy Sauce.
  • For more flavor, you can add a splash of soy sauce to the pork as well.
  • Use your long spatula to continue to mix up the cabbage mixture to distribute the liquids.
  • Once your cabbage is cooked more start to mix the pork with the cabbage, this is a lot of fun using both long Spatulas.
  • Remove from the griddle and serve!!
