Cedar Plank Grilled Salmon

Grilled salmon on a cedar plank is perfect for a weeknight dinner! Season and top with lemon, and serve with your favorite side dishes as well.

Instructions

  • Soak your cedar planks for at least one to two hours before you are ready to cook.
  • Defrost or prepare your salmon if it is fresh.
  • Rub both the skin and meaty side of the salmon with a bit of olive oil, and lay on a cedar plank.
  • Sprinkle with salmon seasoning and place lemon wedges on top as well.
  • Turn your grill to a medium-low heat and place cedar plank in it.
  • Allow to cook until the internal temperature is 145 degrees.
  • Remove and serve
