Cedar Plank Grilled Salmon
Grilled salmon on a cedar plank is perfect for a weeknight dinner! Season and top with lemon, and serve with your favorite side dishes as well.

Soak your cedar planks for at least one to two hours before you are ready to cook.
Defrost or prepare your salmon if it is fresh.
Rub both the skin and meaty side of the salmon with a bit of olive oil, and lay on a cedar plank.
Sprinkle with salmon seasoning and place lemon wedges on top as well.
Turn your grill to a medium-low heat and place cedar plank in it.
Allow to cook until the internal temperature is 145 degrees.
Remove and serve
