Grilled Loaded Twice Baked Potatoes


  • Baking potatoes we did four
  • Milk
  • Sour cream
  • Green onions
  • 4 Cheese blend shredded
  • Cooked bacon
  • Cream Cheese 1 brick
  • Minced garlic
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees
  2. Wash and dry off your baking potatoes
  3. Place on a rack in your oven and allow to bake for about an hour
  4. Cut up your bacon and start to fry it in the pan.
  5. Now once your potatoes are baked let them cool off and then cut them in half
  6. Reserve some cheese for topping and in a big mixing bowl have sour cream, green onions, 4 cheese blend shredded, cooked bacon, cream cheese, minced garlic, and salt and pepper all ready to be mixed up
  7. Scoop the innards out of your cut potatoes into the bowl
  8. Slowly start up your mixer and then start to add in milk you want this to be thick but to have the potato mixture turn out like mashed potatoes
  9. Scoop your potato mixture back into the scooped out potato skin *you may have some potato mixture left over just eat it promise it will taste amazing*
  10. Once potatoes skins are filled top them with more cheese!!!
  11. Once you are ready to cook them throw them on the top rack of the grill in a casserole pan,
  12. Grill on the top rack until they are nice and melted and hot.
