Grilled Loaded Twice Baked Potatoes

Nothing beats potatoes on the side, but even better if you can grill them!! These Grilled Loaded Twice Baked Potatoes are perfect to make for any meal but pair up amazing with beef, they are also full of flavor as well.

  • 4 Baking potatoes
  • Milk
  • Sour cream
  • Green onions
  • 4 Cheese blend shredded
  • Cooked bacon
  • 1 Brick Cream Cheese
  • Minced garlic
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Stick Butter


  • Preheat your oven to 450 degrees
  • Wash and dry off your baking potatoes
  • Place on a rack in your oven and allow to bake for about an hour
  • Cut up your bacon and start to fry it in the pan.
  • Now once your potatoes are baked let them cool off and then cut them in half.
  • Reserve some cheese for topping and in a big mixing bowl¬†have butter, sour cream, green onions, 4 cheese blend shredded, cooked bacon, cream cheese, minced garlic, and salt and pepper all ready to be mixed up
  • Scoop the innards out of your cut potatoes¬†into the bowl. Keep your skins set off to the side you will fill these later.
  • Slowly start up your mixer and then start to add in milk you want this to be thick but to have the potato mixture turn out like mashed potatoes
  • Scoop your potato mixture back into the scooped out potato skin.
  • Once potatoes skins are filled top them with more cheese!!!
  • Once you are ready to cook them throw them on the top rack of the grill in a casserole pan,
  • Grill on the top rack until they are nice and melted and hot.
