Blackstone Pepper and Sausage Quesadilla

Blackstone Pepper and Sausage Quesadilla recipe for a quick and flavorful meal. Savory sausage and bell peppers make this a crowd-pleaser!

Instructions

  • Start out with your cooking peppers and sausage if you don't have leftovers.
  • If using leftovers, I had leftover sausage and peppers, fire up your Blackstone griddle and re-oil it down. 
  • Turn the burners of your Blackstone Griddle to medium heat.
  • Once your griddle is hot, put the leftovers on the griddle.
  • Allow them to warm and then place a tortilla on the griddle.
  • Use a long spatula to put the sausage and peppers on half of the tortillas.
  • Top with two slices of provolone cheese, or sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  • Fold the tortilla over and then flip the quesadilla when it starts to brown on one side.
  • While cooking on the other side you can use the melting dome to help the cheese melt and become gooey.
  • Remove and serve!
