Cheese Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms Recipe
This Cheese Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms Recipe is easy to make up and sure to be a hit at any bbq! With just a couple of ingredients serve up a tasty Appetizer.
- Large Portabella Mushroom
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Minced Garlic
- Feta Cheese
- Ground Pink Salt
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- Steak Seasoning
Cut the stem off of your large Portabella Mushrooms.
Stuff inside of the mushroom with feta cheese and minced garlic to taste
Top with a slice of mozzarella, I also cut some smaller pieces to fill in the sides.
Drizzle with olive oil and then season to taste with salt, pepper, and steak seasoning.
Fire up your grill to medium heat and place the mushrooms on the upper rack.
Allow the Cheese Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms to cook until cheese is fully melted,
I cooked mine for about 25 minutes.
