This Cheese Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms Recipe is easy to make up and sure to be a hit at any bbq! With just a couple of ingredients serve up a tasty Appetizer.

Instructions

  • Cut the stem off of your large Portabella Mushrooms. 
  • Stuff inside of the mushroom with feta cheese and minced garlic to taste
  • Top with a slice of mozzarella, I also cut some smaller pieces to fill in the sides.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and then season to taste with salt, pepper, and steak seasoning.
  • Fire up your grill to medium heat and place the mushrooms on the upper rack.
  • Allow the Cheese Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms to cook until cheese is fully melted, 
  • I cooked mine for about 25 minutes. 
  • Serve and enjoy!
