Grilled Tilapia in Foil

This Grilled Tilapia in foil is a perfect weeknight dinner! Serve with white rice and grilled vegetables for an easy dinner! Use blackening seasoning, old bay, or lemon pepper to season!

Instructions

  • Thaw your tilapia if needed, and thaw in the fridge overnight.
  • Lay out foil and spray with a bit of nonstick.
  • Rub both sides of your Tilapia with some olive oil
  • Season to taste with your blackening on both sides.
  • Fold your foil to make a packet around the fish fillet.
  • Turn your grill onto a low-medium heat.
  • Set your foil packet on either the upper or lower rack of the grill; if using the lower rack, you will need to keep a close eye on it as it cooks.
  • Use a meat thermometer to verify your fillet has cooked to 145 degrees.
  • Remove and serve.
