Grilled Salmon In Fish Basket

Use a fish basket to grill your salmon for an easy weeknight dinner! Rub and lemons and pair with a veggie, rice, or a green salad for a healthy dinner!

Instructions

  • Defrost or prepare your salmon if it is freshly caught.
  • Spray your fish basket with a nonstick spray.
  • Rub both sides of your salmon fillet with olive oil.
  • Lay skin side down in the open fish basket and sprinkle with seasoning.
  • Space lemon wedges or slices out on top of the fillet
