Instructions

  • Brush your pork chops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  • In a bowl have your butter, garlic, and thyme ready to be melted. 
  • Pour some olive oil in your cast iron pan and turn the burner to medium heat.
  • Start melting your butter in the microwave.
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  • Once your oil is warmed up place in your pork chops and then cover with your melted butter.
  • Allow the pork chops to cook for about five minutes on each side and then move the pork chops to the oven. 
  • Allow the pork chops to bake for about 25 minutes. 
  • Serve and enjoy!!
