Ingredients

  • Pork Tenderloin
  • Soy Sauce
  • Minced garlic
  • Sesame oil
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Yoshida Teriyaki
  • Teriyaki Marinade
  • Worchester sauce

Instructions

  1. The night before you want to grill this prepare your meat and marinade up to store overnight in the fridge.
  2. In a container place your pork you plan to marinate, be sure to use one that will seal.
  3. This is one of those dishes where I just pour till it looks good.
  4. Seal it up and put the container in the fridge for the next 24 hours. I do flip my meat around in the marinade or shake it up to make sure everything gets coated well.
  5. Pull your container with the marinated teriyaki pork out of your fridge about an hour before you want to cook it to allow it to come up to room temperature.
  6. Rub the top rack of your grill down with oil or nonstick so the pork won’t stick. Then fire up your grill on low and allow it to warm up to grilling temperature.
  7. Once your grill is warmed up and ready to go place your pork tenderloin on the top rack.
  8. This will take a while to cook, I also brush down the pork with a basting brush with more of the marinade on to my pork for more flavor.
  9. Also, be sure to flip your pork while it is cooking to allow the temperature to cook it evenly my pork with.
  10. Use a thermometer to cook this to 145 degrees or warmer.

  11. Serve and enjoy!!!
