This Smoked Egg Salad Recipe is the perfect way to use up leftover smoked eggs! Pair this up with good bread to make the perfect sandwich!  Add different seasonings or mix in different vegetables to make it different everytime!

  • Cut your eggs in half and pop the yolks into a bowl on the side.
  • Tear up or cut up your egg whites into pieces.
  • Chop up your veggies and pickles to the thickness that you like.
  • In a bowl mix together your egg yolks, mayo, mustard, and dry seasonings.
  • Mix in the veggies and your egg whites into the egg yolk mixture.
  • Taste test and add in more seasonings.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 24-48 hours.
  • Serve and enjoy!
