Ingredients

Instructions

  • Spray your Crockpot with non-stick spray or use a crockpot liner.
  • Peel and cube up potatoes for your soup. You can leave peels on but the kids prefer no peels.
  • Put in your potato, onions, butter, bouillon (I use Better Than Bouillon Organic Chicken Base for ours), parsley, ham, and water.
  • Turn your slow cooker on low for at least four hours.
  • When you are close to a 1/2 hour before you are ready to eat mix your milk and flour. Add your milk and flour mixture to the crockpot and allow to continue to cook on low.
  • Serve and enjoy!
