Spray your Crockpot with non-stick spray or use a crockpot liner.
Peel and cube up potatoes for your soup. You can leave peels on but the kids prefer no peels.
Put in your potato, onions, butter, bouillon (I use Better Than Bouillon Organic Chicken Base for ours), parsley, ham, and water.
Turn your slow cooker on low for at least four hours.
When you are close to a 1/2 hour before you are ready to eat mix your milk and flour. Add your milk and flour mixture to the crockpot and allow to continue to cook on low.
Serve and enjoy!
